Ever Wondered if Google Ads are really worth the investment?
Check out what out google expert, _______ had to say about all things google advertising below…
Is there a demand for your product/service?
Unlike Facebook & Instagram advertising Google is driven by intent. On Google, people are already in the consideration phase of the buyers cycle - they have already identified their problem and are searching for a solution. So if you are a business who has a demand, Google is the right place for you.
Can your product/service be sold through words?
Again, unlike FB/IG and Pinterest advertising Google is a search platform that has very minimal imagery. Through thousands of advertisements and organic rankings, your business needs to stand out through words. What are your most valuable USP's? Do you offer Free Shipping? Are you USA Made? If your business' point of difference can be identified within 30 characters (and has a demand) Google ads may be the channel for you.
How competitive is your industry?
High competition = high cost. If your industry is led by powerhouses that spend thousands on Google ads and/or have hundreds of competing businesses bidding for the same keywords, the cost of advertising increases. If this is the case, do not be discouraged! If your product/service ticks all the right boxes in points 1 & 2, Google ads should not be eliminated as an option. Unlike Facebook & Instagram, spend is calculated on keywords rather than audiences. With some keyword and bidding optimisations, your business can still achieve great things. If you are unsure of whether Google ads is the right investment for your business, we can provide you with keywords relative to your business with estimated costs.
